Minnesota Dance Team Takes UDA Titles

The University of Minnesota spirit squads lit up the 2011 UCA/UDA College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championship at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando over the weekend, turning in one it best overall performances in competition history.

For the second straight year, the Gophers’ dance team placed first in both in the jazz and pom divisions, a stunning achievement that made a huge statement about the squad’s consistency.

UDA College Nationals Underway!

The Universal Dance Association (UDA) College Nationals are underway this weekend in Orlando. Minnesota (pictured) will attempt to defend their Division IA title from 2010.
